How to delegate new project

As a manager, when you delegate a project to your team, don’t argue with every decision just because it’s not what you would do.

Your team are professionals.

They know their craft.

Delegation means trust.

Trust means letting them think, decide, and execute.

If you want to control every detail, don’t delegate.

If you want results, empower.

Leadership isn’t about being right.

It’s about building people who can be right without you.
